Hough directs UGPTI's Small Urban and Rural Center on Mobility at NDSU. With more than 25 years of experience in transportation research, her current research interests include access to food, mobility of the elderly and disadvantaged, and shared-use mobility. Hough earned her Ph.D. at the University of California Davis.
