Dr. Mehmet E. Ozbek is a Professor and the holder of the Joseph Phelps Endowed Chair in the Department of Construction Management at Colorado State University. Dr. Ozbek's research deals with infrastructure asset management with a specific focus on transportation infrastructure as well as diversity, equity, and inclusion.
