Dr. Bartlett is an Associate Professor of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of Utah. His teaching area of emphasis is Geotechnical Engineering. His research interests include earthquake engineering, rapid construction technologies, light-weight embankments and bridge approaches and accelerated bridge construction.
