Victor Bershinsky, P.E., obtained his MS degree in electrical engineering in 1994 from the University of Wyoming. He has experience in industrial instrumentation, industrial automation, analysis of power distribution systems, energy-efficiency improvement in industrial facilities and other fields. He provides lab training to students.
