Dr. Marshall is a Professor of Civil Engineering at the University of Colorado Denver. He conducts transportation teaching and research dedicated to creating a more sustainable transportation system, particularly in terms of road safety, active transportation, and transit. Other recent research topics involve: congestion, resiliency, parking, and street networks.
