Dr. Mahmoud Shakouri is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Construction Management at CSU. He earned his Ph.D. in Civil Engineering with a focus on Infrastructure Materials from Oregon State University in 2017.His areas of expertise are infrastructure materials, concrete durability service life modeling, and corrosion.
